SVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
Five core skills (separately certificated)
Information Technology - Int 1
Numeracy - Int 1
Communications - Int 1
Working with others - Int 1
Problem solving - Int 1
Plus:
Two additional SVQ units taken from any other single SVQ at level 2 or 3
